[SOLVED] Unknown Folder always appear after I deleted it

This Folder "ZTJiYjcxNjQ0ZDQ5YzR" is always appearing in my OS(C : )>Program Files , it has few files inside and one is ZTJiYjcxNjQ0ZDQ5YzR.exe . I always check on my Task Manager and saw that it's running even I did deleted it many times (permanently deleted) , it come back again and again every few minute after I delete it. The Most Important is it affect my programs and my software from opening or running. Every time I open my "League of Legends" or "Dell SupportAssist" anything, they won't open and it appears that running of ZTJiYjcxNjQ0ZDQ5YzR.exe is the main issue. Once I end task of ZTJiYjcxNjQ0ZDQ5YzR.exe , I'm are able to start/ turn on those software. Help Please T^T what's the problem and how can I find out the root of that **** useless find and Permanently! Totally! Fully! delete it?!

Most probably a malware. Download DrWeb CureIt or Malwarebytes Antimalware, load into safe mode and check disk C
