Unknown Folder $AV_ASW?

What is this folder,it randomly appeared folder name is ($AV_ASW)>$vault>Vault.db?
and can I delete it?

It's a legitimate folder created by Avast Antivirus.

I deleted Avast from the computer. Does it mean I can delete the folder without consequences for the system?
