Unknown gaming problem!

I have an issue with games which involves the moving of character using WASD keys, eg CS GO and TERA. My character would run slower than usual at times. Also when i pressed my scoreboard, it keeps opening and closing. This is the same for dota2. I dont know what is the problem and i have reformatted my computer. I've also changed the scoreboard key but to no avail. Im am sure that my keyboard is not the problem, perhaps something to do with the registry? Im using a diy computer with both ssd and hdd. I reformatted my ssd which is my operating drive. Any help would be grateful!!

Is your keyboard mechanical? if is not is probably the keyboard.

Found solution. It was the built in feature of the keyboard, repeat rate.
