This is the most stressed I have been regarding PC problems, as I'm strugging with this one for about 6 months now. I can't explain all that well what it is, but to sum it up, my PC will turn on and off, as if it was being rebooted again and again, through random periods of time. Sometimes it wil start to do what will be shown in the video I recorded to better help describe my problem. I used my water speakers so you can see when it is on or off.

Solutions I have tried: - New PSU
- Changing the battery on the motherboad and doing a CMOS reset.
I would love it if I could finally get some closure on this and figure out what is causing this once and for all.
