unknown network adapters

[strike]My all[/strike] All my network adapters have disappeared from network adapters tab in device manager and are being shown Unknown.This might have occurred when there was a storm recently. Last time when there was a storm my LAN port stopped working so i started using Lan to ethernet plug and play device.I had no idea about this since I was out of town.Whenever i try to troubleshoot it fails due to error code: 0x803C010A.

Any help would be appreciated thanks 😀

Windows 10? If so, go to settings-> network & internet -> on the status tab(first), click on Network Reset. If that doesn't fix it post the results.

Adapters may have been damaged by that thunderstorm --- if that's the case you'll have to replace them.
