I saw an unknown partition in my drive while I was about to defragment my drives, should I be worried or does this mean something else?

If you mean the Recovery Partition, that's a normal part of Windows and has been ever since they added the Recovery options.

You mean the one to the far right, on Disk 0?
Recovery, leave it alone.
