Unknown PC Crash

I got my PC back in 2012 custom built and put together very well and professional, since then over the years i have had many issues and solved them by replacements and such after a GPU break and putting in new fans, also recently upgrading to windows 10.

i used to get game crashes which would crash the game i was playing and go back to desktop, that later developed into crashing every time i booted up games unless they werer very low settings. i got the new graphics card because of this and now that has never happened since, but for the past 3 years i have been getting full pc lock ups due to an unknown cause. most of the time they happen after long periods of use. the system remains powered but no input is taken other than the power button, the screens freeze on what the were showing and the sound continues to play on loop if any was playing, this happened both before and after my OS upgrade.

it is possible that it may be an over heating issue, but i have a water cooling radiator on my cpu with 6 other fans around he can pulling the air from the front of the case to the back and top, i have read that it could be a PSU problem but everything remains on, 70% of the crashes, sometime the PC turns itself off and won't turn on for 2-3 mins. i have never had a bluescreen during these events either.

I am pretty sure that is a power supply issue. The capacitors in the RM series PSUs are cheap and have been told to not last long. As this PC is 6 years old, and i'm guessing you've had the same power supply the whole time, that is the issue.
