Unknown PCI device on Asus P4P800 DELUXE

I've just reinstalled Windows 2000 Pro on my PC with Asus P4P800 DELUXE
mainboard. I have 2 extra PCI video cards which I've installed their
drivers and can be seen on "Display adapters". There is a yellow question
mark on Other devices / PCI Device that I can't figure out what it is for.

From properties, it's location: PCI bus 0, device 31, function 3

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

To reinstall the drivers for this device, click Reinstall Driver.

Based on this information, how can I find out what is missing from the
installation?

I've installed:
3Com Gigabit LOM (3C940) Driver V1.00.00.0046 for Windows
SoundMAX Audio Driver version 5.12.01.3630 WHQL driver
VIA RAID driver V2.10P1 for Windows

It's the chipset smbus controller. No driver is needed here.
You should install intel's inf update.

Bert, thanks for the help. After downloaded and installed Intel(R) Chipset
Software Installation Utility V5.02.1003, the yellow question mark goes
away.

I reinstall again and installed Intel(R) Chipset
Software Installation Utility (= intel's inf update!?). Unknown PCI device
is solved, I don't know what I did last time but it has an unknown Other
devices in Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller. USB devices (eg. Compact
Flash) works so whatis the for and what driver do I need to install for
that??

it's the usb driver (smb)...
