Hi, I see a suspicious high temp in HWMonitor and CorsairLink.

I don't know what component this sensor belongs to. sometimes this temp goes as high as 127C under load and sometimes its just zero.

I did stability test memtest86 until 8 passes with no errors. also 20 minutes of Prime95 blend test and everything was stable.

My question is, how do i figure out which component this sensor belongs to? and how can i fix it?

Motherboard : ASUS Hero Alpha VIII

By looking at Asus Maximus VIII Extreme the sensor points are VRM's, CPU socket?, By VRM , PCH (Chipset) and those 3 odd which would be T sensors (thermal sensor cable).
You may contact Asus for that, cause I bet that PCH chipset is overheating, yes I can confirm that can burn my finger as I've was trying to fix the board that I am using now.

On my Asus Maximus Hero VII board I've replaced that gummy paste for thermal paste.
