Unknown spreaker - windows 10 driver issue

I bought an Aoson R106 Windows 10 tablet and happy with it. Good price quality.

My main issue that is driving me mad is that the sound no longer works. It shows "Speaker setup (UNKOWN)" and no sound device is found in windows 10.

When clicking the sound icon on the taskbar windows notices something is wrong and starts to detect problems but this always fails.

This is what happened:

The sound used to work but then I ran a driver tool that changed some things on no there is no more sound. Unfortunatly the restore point functionality was not enabled so I cant revert.

The mayor downside of the aoson brands is that this unknown manufacturer doesnt have a site to download drivers and I dont expect driver updates. Have tried contacting the vendor and received multiple drivers but not the sound one. It seems the language barier is a big issue here.

After formatting stock windows has found 2 audio components and installed the "Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)" driver. And left the other component as unknown.

Because the search engines are filled with the third party drivers tools that screwed me, I reverted back to consuming them and ended up with all installed drivers but no sound device that is working. It keeps giving the same issue.

The device manager shows 2 audio components and have now been updated with
- ES8396AudCodec Device
(hardware ids =
ACPI\VEN_ESSX&DEV_8316
ACPI\ESSX8316
*ESSX8316)
- Intel SST Audio Device (WDM)
(hardware ids =
ACPI\VEN_8086&DEV_22A8
ACPI\808622A8
*808622A8
)

Can anyone help me find the correct drivers ?
Point me to a site that could contain the correct drivers ?
Or give me some hints what actions I can still take ?

Using 3rd party driver updaters is just asking for trouble

So you tried this - http://en.szaoson.com/Helps/Contactus.html

Intel drivers come from Microsoft download catalog, the others only show up on 3rd party web sites that I really don't trust.

from what I can tell, ES8396AudCodec is Everest Audio codec, it is probably the driver for speakers based on what company makes - https://www.everestaudio.com/ - I am not sure.

fun tiume finding info on this, can you download and run speccy - https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/download - can you choose file, save as txt file. save the txt files with whatever name you like and upload it to a file sharing web site and show a link here. It might let me figure out what parts are in tablet and...
