Hi,
I'm new to windows 10 having previously used Macs.
Have noticed the following unknown process going on at startup. It flashes up with blank boxes except for the icon in top corner and on task bar.

Screenshot

Malware bytes and windows defender find no viruses. Nothing funny in autoruns that I can spot. Is this something anyone is familiar with. Sorry if it's obvious!!!

Solution
right click on a blank part of the taskbar and go to task manager. when task manager opens you can click on the processes tab and see what is running at any given time, look for the advanced view. as this happens at boot if you can open task manager and see what name the process has. once identified you can open the file location (right click on the process) and it will open the folder where it is stored. the name of the directory structure may tell you what the process is, who made it, etc. if its a subfolder of Adobe for instance.
using talk manager you can kill the process if you wish.
