Unlock AMD Athlon II X3 455

So I read up on this and in my bios I could unlock the four core BUT when I do so it get blue screen and it keeps restarting, now am I supposed to increase voltage? Decrease? And I have Win10 as the OS

It doest always work. On many of those cpus the 4th core was defective, so they disable it and sell it as a tri core.
