Question Unlocked BitLock but Windows only shows Command Prompt

My computer was bitlocked when I unlocked it with recovery key it shows blue screen and on that screen there is CMD window opened. looks like, it has admin access as it shows on Administrator user and system32 folder.

I tired different things like
Ctrl+Alt+Del
Ctrl+Alt+Shift
No key ocmbination is working
This is not my computer image it is from google but, window is just like this.
It shows Administrator X\system32 or like that.

msconfig
explorer.exe
these conmmands in error of
command is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
Please help me out here. If I restart the PC it will bitlock it again and I have to ask for key again from my boss.

Who locked it? Are you sure your PC has complete Windows installation?
If you "CD ..\Documents", and then "Dir", do you see your files?
If you "cd C:\Users", then "Dir", do you see other user accounts?

Why are you poking around at the commandline, when you have (it seems) little idea of how to poke around in the command line?

I think you need to ask for help from whoever manages your hardware at work.

if i would shut down the pc it will be bitlocked again and my boss has access to get recovery key but he is not here.

It's a pc which is used by multiple people and we never shut it down but apperently someone by mistake shut it down and we got into this trouble.
It has proper windows installation. It was running on Windows 10 imaged properly and completely.
I am not able to go to the users folder and user accounts.

Solved it..!!

I just put "Dir" command in System32 folder
after that I put "taskmgr.exe"
it helped me to open task manager.
I was able to see Windows and wallpaper stuff going on there in processes.
There were 2 cmd task running and I killed one
And this put me back to "Continue with Windows 10"
It is attempting repair as it was unable to restore.
And after a while its working properly...!!
