[SOLVED] Unlocked phone/system update.

I unlocked my phone via metro PC's unlock device app gave me the error message unlock failed device approved for unlock device is permanently unlocked and then ugraded the system is that something normal? Is it no longer unlocked?

You can find out when you try to activate it, if it won't activate on another service, it's still locked.
