You may, or may not. In theory, it's simply a disabled core. You enable & test for stability. If it's not stable, some added voltage *may* help, but usually it either unlocks smoothly, or it doesn't even.
You may luck out & find one with it's core disabled to meet demand, but fairly commonly they were defective cores disabled for a reason.
Again, certainly no harm in trying.
Do I have to set voltage values, RAM or anything else? :/ Because I really don't know how to do this.
