I just got some new RAM and ran cpu-z to make sure everything was correct. Well it's running at 1333 instead of 1600 but I'm thinking it is because the timing isn't correct. I have no option at all in the BIOS to change any memory settings. Is there a way to unlock access to these settings?

Maybe, maybe not.

There seem to be quite a number of people who are having problems running Windows 10. The issue(s) may be due to driver/software/hardware incompatibility. Then again, many people do not seem to be having issues running Windows 10.

Could try updating BIOS anyway and see what happens. But before doing so, recommend making/keeping a back-up of current BIOS, so that in the event of problems after updating with the latest BIOS, reversion back to earlier version of BIOS can be done if necessary.
