is it possible to unlock amd phenom 9850 black edition to 6 cores

The Phenom 9850 is a quad core CPU aka it has 4 Physical/Logical cores
Nothing can make it a 6 Core cpu , and that nothing includes that core unlocker technology which came with your motherboard
The core unlocking is meant for some other reasons which is necessary for you as your Chip is already Unlocked

The 9850 Does not have 2 additional cores that can be unlocked.

Think of an 8 Cylinder truck that is tuned down to use only 4 Cylinders. You could enable the other 4 to achieve more power, but you can never turn a 4 cylinder engine into an 8 cylinder.

i wonder if you'll be kind enought to let me know how to unlock my FX 4300 cpu on a Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 motherboard? this motherboard has a core unlocker feature too

Nope, yours is an Agena CPU, they didnt't have any disabled cores, more info here:
