Unlocking.....

Does anyone know where I can get those peices of (tape?) with metal strips on them that unlock AXP processors(as in you just put the tape on there and your done)?
Now I remember, it's called trace tape.

Trace tape won't work on XP's. Some have tried and not had any luck.
The retail sites state they won't work.
