I have an HP 2000 Windows 10 laptop and all was working fine until my PC was slow one day and it got stuck in the "Automatic Repair" loop. I tried F11, I tried BIOS, but it turned into an unmoundable_boot_error. I have a Windows 8 recovery disk as my PC was factory Windows 8, I'm wondering if there will help? Or could I install Linux and would that solve it? Please help, I'm desperate for a solution.

Choose one of the three safe modes here
PC might boot into safe mode - you don't have to do anything, some problems are just fixed by loading into safe mode - restart PC

You may be best doing a clean install if neither of these work but the problem may also be your hard drive.
