Unmovable files shown in Defragger

The unmovable files showen in green are fragmented. Can that area be
defragged??

This files can't be defragged when windows is running because this files are
in use by windows.
If you are using defrag software that support boot time defrag like
PerfectDisk then it is possible to defrag this files when windows starts
(while this files are still not used).
It is possible to defrag this files also from another OS (Windows) if you
have more then one OS installed.

Third party defragmenters like Diskeeper can perform such defragging. In
some cases it needs to be done by a boot time defrag, which the XP defragger
does not offer. Google Diskeeper and you can download a trial version to
see how it suits you.
