Unnecessary filled up space in SSD

So i have a 120gb SSD and it says its 111gb. Yes I know why but I have only used up 34.3gb in it but I checked the properties of it and it said I used of 46.9gb of space. Any idea why

Did Windows (7?) create a 2nd partition like it does with HDDs? Did you disable/shrink the system restore size? Drive indexing? Page file?
