Unplayable FPS in all games

My computer is about 1-2 months old, the problem is that when ever i play any games the fps drops to 1-5 fps and stays that way until i restart my computer and sometimes that doesn't help. Heat is not the issue i keep close watch on temps. This is a big problem and i need help ASAP thank you.

SPECS (Intel i5 4690k OC'd 4.2 ghz) (ASUS gtx 770) (GS 600 watt) (8GB ram) (1TB HDD) (60GB SSD)

Did you try removing OC to see if it helps? What brand and model PSU do you have?

Removing the OC does nothing, my PSU is a GS corsair 600 watt

It probably has something to do with overload on a resource. Maybe you are running too many background apps while you game, try closing all background applications and see if there is a difference. Turn off any on-screen overlay like MSI Afterburner, which people report to have problems with even myself.

60 GB ssd ? or you wrote that number wrong? if so how much space left on it
