Unplayable Game lag caused in windows 10 but not in windows 8.1

Hello friends i have a lenovo g510 laptop with specs having intel core i74700mq,radeon r7 m265 2gb,8gb ddr3 ram 1 tb hdd.the problem is i had a windows 8.1 and it used to play games like heaven without any lags or vice versa.but when i installed windows 10 and played same games on that os the frame rate raised by 15 but the lag occurred and it caused the games unplayable.it happened to my all games.my drivers are up to date as well as windows.i want ro play on higher frame rates but without any lag is there something possible to end this lag.

Windows 10 shares updates with other Win 10 users. You can disable that in the settings of the Update menu. You're most likely getting lag due to the sharing taking some of your upload bandwidth

Ni did not mean online lag i am getting performance lag
