unplugged computer from wall

hi to all
my mom was on computer and there was thunderstorm soo she got scared and she pull out the cable from the wall to turn of computer when the thunderstorm passed i pluged the cable back but computer didnt start ther is no fan spinning no LED light on motherboard no sign of life soo i am now wondering is only my PSU dead or culd be anything else like motherboard,hard drive,CPU or graphic card it a new build

try to swop out the psu for anotherone doesn't it start you have your answer

no i dont and i either dont know how to swipe it i am a rookie soo there is possibility that i destroy other components ?
