Unplugged power cable/pc not turning on

I was using my pc and I accudentaly unplugged the power cable while the pc was on. After plugging it back in, I could hear electricity buzz and tried to turn it on but pc was not turninf on. Motherboard has no light/fans dont move, only thing that is happening is i can hear a small sound from the psu and when the cable connects to the power supply i hear the small buzz.

What do i do?

Sounds like you need to replace the PSU.
