Hello,
I was installing win7 on a dell inspiton e1505 and to note book came unplugged before install completed

Just start the installation over again. Nothing hurt.

Given that the Inspiron 1505 is a laptop, I would say the installation would continue and installed on the laptop normally running on the battery. Unless you don't have battery in your laptop at that time.
