Crytek also added subscription model for their Cryengine with only 10$ a month and without any additional fee.

Cytek engine doesn't compile/export to iOS and Android. Unity 4/Unity 5 and Unreal Engine 4 do.

Neither Crytek or Unity provide source code. People who know nothing need to stop sneering at Epic. They have the best deal in town period, when you factor in what you're actually getting.
