How do i enable the benchmark feature in Unreal Tournament ...?

Go into your Unreal main folder. Then into "system" folder. You should be able to see the icon with small Unreal logo named "Benchmark". Double click on it and another small screen will appear for you to select the resolution to test. Select the resolution and wait until the all the tests are complete. At the end, another screen will show you benchmarks.

you can also go to the benchmark folder and run any of the batch files. Now that i think about it, you could probably also open those files with notepad, and change graphics and sound settings. THere is also a more customizable way of running the benchmarks by entering the specific parameters in the console, but i am not sure of the code and flags to use.
