What feature(s) would be used to record all unregistered (Banned or unknown) network access attempts? Could be on router or software programs?

Do you mean "tools", sniffers, router configuration settings.....

Update your post to include more information about what is or is not happening.

For example: what is the environment, what are the circumstances, the "viewpoint" - user or administrative?
