Question Unrelated hdd show 100% usage when running cod mw warzone

I recently downloaded cod warzone and immediatly noticed severe lag and figured it was because of low ram at first, but when I looked into it I noticed that the hdd I had installed the game on was running at 100% while running the game (goes back to 0 after closing the game) and this continued even after moving the game to another drive. This has not been a problem for any other games or programs and the hdd is not full (has 141 gb free), anyone have a solution?
Note: The hdd is one of 4 drives in my system and mainly used for games I dont play often and bulk storage

I expect if you have low RAM Windows is caching to the other drive.

Cpu: Ryzen 5 3600

Gpu: rx 5700 Red Devil (flashed to 5700 xt)

Ram: 8gb ddr4 2400Mhz (16gb 3200 Mhz kit on the way)

Motherboard: Asrock b450 steel legend

OS drive: samsung 840 Evo 250 gb

100% drive: 1tb hdd (cant remember brand, doesnt show in task manager)

Cant remember psu specs

I'm also having the same issue. I have a G5 15 5587 i7 8th gen, 8 GB RAM.... I should be running this game just fine but I'm having the same issue of lag as soon as I start up the game. Any help is appreciated!
