Question Unresponsive key on ducky keyboard ?

So I've only been using my keyboard for 5 months and I've never spilled or like done anything to my keyboard, but my Q key is already being unresponsive suddenly. It was working fine until like a few days ago. Is there any fix or would I just have to use the warranty?

5 months, should be in warranty, contact their support unless you want to replace that switch yourself, or at least remove it, clean it, and try it again.
