Anyone got any suggestions for this? Have had a google but without success!

Error Type:
(0x80004005)
Unspecified error
/librarysql/main.asp, line 17

Code:
Dim conn, rs, username, password, sql
Set conn = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Connection")
Set rs = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")
'line 17 below!
conn.open "Provider=SQLOLEDB; Data Source = (localhost); Initial Catalog =
LibrarySQL; User Id = sa; Password=XXXX"

Is this going to be a guessing game, and are you going to give clues?

Information like -
Operating system
associated application
applications running when error occured
error repeatable?
overclocked?
would be a nice start.

It LOOKS like some sort of scripting error, but who knows?

Since the URL's cite different problems, and if they go on and on, how do
they help without the information the original poster failed to provide?
