Unstable Cpu Temprature !! very high !

hey guys
i found after changing my psu and motherboard my cpu idle temp is 65 and on load it goes upto 105 :I
i m using stock heatsink.
cpu - i3 3220 3.3ghz
on other hand my gpu temp on idle is 22 and in load it goes upto 40 only :!
is it normal ?
I never checked my temp ever before though thats why i m little worried.

I would check the cooler to make sure it's mounted correctly.
If that's not the problem then you may need to apply some new thermal paste.

It seems like you mounted the stock heatsink without the thermal paste on, or the ventilation of your case is bad, but I think its the former.

Thermal paste is already applied by intel on cooler.
cooler is also mounted good . i can pull my mobo by just holding the cooler so i think its good

I know, but when you dismantle the cooler for cleaning/new parts installation etc etc, the thermal paste had to be changed since the original spread on the cooler is exposed and requires a new layer of thermal paste.

Use isopropyl alcohol to wipe it off from the heatsink and your processor. usually you can get alcohol swabs/pads from the pharmacist

Prolem is solved heatsink or cooler was not installed correctly it was little bit loose
now idle temp is 30 and on load 60 thanks
