Unstable electricity and monitor

So recently my monitor keeps turning on and off as it has lost its connection to my pc. I wonder if it caused by an unstable electricity in my house. Will a stabilizer helps?

If it was unstable power supply affecting your monitor, I would expect your PC to shut down as well.
I therefore think your monitor is more likely to be faulty, or the signal cable from the PC may need replacing.

When i said electricity i meant the power line in my house not my psu.

I have tried my monitor and cable on other computer and it worked fine
