I am having major issues with smooth gameplay on MW2 (2022) and am building a whole new PC to try to see if its hardware causing the issues. I have a Ryzen 5 3600 paired with a RTX 3060Ti Ventus 3x OC from MSI and 16GB of Balistix DDR4 3200mHz RAM. PLease help.

Is it only this game that has this problem?

Can you run userbenchmark and share the public link to the results.

You say building a whole new pc, what did you change and did you reinstall Windows?
I'm changing everything except GPU, Going to 4000mHz DDR4, Ryzen 7 5800X3D, 1000W PSU instead of the 550W i have now, NZXT Kraken X63 280mm AIO, and housing all of this will be a Corsair 4000D Airflow Case

Ok I am confused. What is the actual system you are having a problem with and wanting to fix?

If you are using the new system did you reinstall Windows? If no then do this as you have changed the motherboard.

Also can you provide the userbenchmark link for the system with the issue.

Thats an SSHD which is very different to an SSD. I would not be surprised if this is the problem. I haven't monitored drive usage while playing MW2 but I would not be surprised if its constantly being accessed and in this situation your drive will be no faster than a HDD.

What settings are you using in MW2 and have you tried using DLSS?

Scarily, I change my settings and not matter what settings i run, its all the same garbage frame rate and frametime, even with DLSS
