Question Unstable gpu usage in games but good Furmark Score

Hey,

I've been having a problem with my gpu for 3 months now..
My gpu usage is nowhere near being stable here's a screenshot https://prnt.sc/uknso7
and my FPS drop down to 3 and even 1 sometimes and it freezes for 3 seconds in Fortnite btw.


My Specs are:
Sapphire RX 580 8GB Pulse
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G Clocked at 3,60GHz
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4-3000MHz
MSI B350M PRO-VDH
Be Quiet System Power 9 600W
