Unstable internet speed and packet loss

Hi, since of beginning of may I'm struggling with my internet, first it started with massive drop of upload speed, usually I had 3,5 to 5mbit, but it dropped so low to 0,03mbit and soon the download speed followed. Usually I had ~8mbit download and ~4mbit upload throughout the day, without any noticable hiccup, but for the past three months, my internet went to sh*t, download speed ranging from 1-3 mbit, sometimes spiking to 8mbit and going back and forth, same for my upload and a bonus of frequent lagspikes, occuring like every 10 seconds. Rarely my internet is running fine throughout the day, last time it was yesterday.
I have wireless internet, I did some testing, it isnt caused by my router and now I don't know if its problem of my ISP, or because of modem. Our router is connected to some antena, that looks like a little satelite and is receiving the signal from my fathers house downstreet, that he rents.

You probably need to check all of the connections on your antenna and from the antenna to your router (192.168.0.1).

And likewise on your father's antenna and network.

As I understand the connections, your father's router (192.168.100.252) is using a LAN port connected transmitter/receiver to beam a signal to you.

Pingplotter clearly shows a problem there and your computer/router connection does not seem to be a problem as you have stated.

Further along, the 10.x.x.x addresses indicate another public IP address range. Where is your father getting his "ISP" service.

All may have worked for awhile but now too many people are grabbing bandwidth or someone has made configurations changes that disrupted the original working setup.

You will probably be much better off to get your own service versus the current sharing.
