[SOLVED] Unstable Memory

Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z370-E
Memory: G. Skill Trident Z RGB [F4-3000C15Q-32GTZR]
Processor: Intel Core i9-9900K

So basically, I have been having issues with blue screens.

I've re-installed Windows 10 twice.
I tested my CPU with Prime95 (@5GHz) with no issues, but I removed the overclock anyway - just to be safe.
I tested my GPU with Furmark and 3DMark Firestrike with no issues.
I updated my BIOS.
I ran the driver verifier tool in Windows 10; it flagged my Bluetooth, so I removed that from the equation.

Eventually, I ran Memtest86 under the following conditions:
Memory slots: 1,2,3,4 FAIL
Memory slots: Fill all but 4 PASS
Memory slots: Fill all but 3 PASS
Memory Slots: Fill all but 2 PASS
Memory slots : Fill all but 1 PASS
Memory slots: 1 and 2 PASS
Memory slots: 2 and 3 PASS
Memory slots: 1 and 3 PASS
Memory slots: 2 and 4 PASS
Memory Slots: 1, 2, 3, 4 when tested individually PASS
Memory Modules: 1,2,3,4 when tested individually PASS

I put all that there so you would see that I tested each slot individually, each memory module individually, and tested each configuration I could think of. It only fails - and it fails hard - when all four slots are filled.

What would cause this and what do I do about it? If all memory modules are safe, and all the slots individually are safe?

To be clear, I've tried increasing timings and lowering/raising the voltage with no changes. I'm kinda at a loss right now.

Was the RAM bought as a kit?
Yes. And the memory worked fine on another machine with no issues. Obviously this points to something with the motherboard. I was hoping maybe someone could point me to a more advanced setting that might not be configured properly - which would make some sort of sense if it only happens with all 4 DIMM slots filled. Yes I have tried resetting the BIOS, clearing the CMOS, etc. Nothing has helped so far.
