Unstable PC and can't find the reason

The past month I have random shuttering with sound buzzing and I tried to investigate why. I checked the hardware if something was not placed properly then did some stress testing with prime95. Prime95 found fatal error on all workers. Then I did a memtest86 and found 2 errors. I repeated the test with only one RAM at a time and found no errors on both of them. Then I thought it's the motherboard's Ram slot that its faulty but when I tried a prime95 stress test again on different slots the results were the same. Before that I had overclocked the CPU @ 4.8ghz and PC was even more unstable because it gave me random BSOD with different error codes.

Motherboard: MSI Tomahawk Z370
PSU: Corsair RMx Series RM650x
GPU: Nvidia GTX1070
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 @3000 XMP
Cooling: EVGA CLC 280 Liquid
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250Gb
HDD: WD black 1TB

could you give us some of those error code and did you try who crashed to get minidump files i plain text .

I didn't know about minidump. I checked the folder and it is empty unfortunately. I had noted the errors and they are: irql_not_less_or_equal, dpc watchdog violation, whea uncorrectable error. I'm not sure if i missed any more errors but I believe that were all of them.

recheck all the driver and see if system os is up to date .

so recheck everything even os update .
