Unstable Powerline LAN

As the title suggests, my LAN is very unstable. Perhaps it only works 10 seconds per minute at 200kB/s. It all started about a week ago.
My Network Manager never sais that I'm not connected. (http://prntscr.com/kbncyk)
But when I check Status, the Received Packets sometimes increase by 100000 packets a second, just to freeze a second later and remain frozen for half a minute.

It doesn't seem to be caused by malware/antivirus software.

I wondered if it could have anything to with the heatwave here (so the adapter overheats), but after replacing the "hot" adapter with a "cold" the same issues persisted.
I've tried
- changing the LAN cable in the modem,
- changing the IP,
- updating the ethernet drivers (version 9.0.0.42),
-> no effect.

I have a internal lan card (Killer E2400 Gigabit Ethernet Controller) and a Sweex Powerline Adapter.
I also have a static ip and a static physical address.

My PC:
- MSI H170 Gaming M3
- PSU: Sharkoon WPM600 Bronze 600W
- Windows 10 Enterprise x64
- I'm the only LAN user on the network

My Modem (modem-router-swich all-in-one):
- ZTE ExperiaBox v10 (H369A)
- 1 LAN port used
- Connection type: VDSL

My ISP: KPN (Netherlands)

To summarize: My powerline lan is unstable as heck.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Solution
It could be some device in your house causing interference. I know things like vacuum cleaners can kill them but any device with a motor can cause issues. I have seen people say that poor quality pc power supplies also cause it.

In any case the only option is to try a different outlet in the rooms. It will be pure lucky if that fixes it. If you could fix the device causing the interference you might be able to do something...depends what it is.

I do not know that brand of powerline so I can't say for sure. There are a number of standards that powerline run on. AV200, AV500 are 2 of the more current "old" ones. The newer AV2 based units tolerate poor electrical systems better than the older ones.

Before you buy new powerline units though I would buy a long ethernet cable and run it over the floor just to test....or move your pc if you can. You need to be really sure it is not some problem with your internet connection rather than the powerline units.

Solution
I already connected my pc directly to the modem, and it worked fine. I never thought about it, but there are 2 refrigerators running on the same grid as my pc. I just think its weird that those could be the cause while my lan has worked perfectly for 2 years.

Maybe it IS caused by the heatwave, cuz maybe the refrigerators have to use more watts to keep all the stuff on the inside cold. So i'll just be patient until the heatwave is over.

Anyway, thanks for the help!
