Hello there and sorry for my English 😛.

First of all here my system:

Intel i7-6700k
Asus Z170-A
G.Skill RAMs 16g (F4-2800C15D-16GVR)
1060 3G.

So I had a set of RAMs Corsair VENGEANCE LPX 16G and I had a lot of problems and it seems a lot of people had the same issues. I understood that I probably have compatibility problem and I decided to by an other set of RAMs. I searched in GSKILL's site and I found the RAMs I mentioned.

But it seems my problems are here again.

My system posts but when I enable XMP profile my system is unstable I think. I have crunchy noises and my games are laggy. When I turn off XMP profile and my speeds are 2133 or even lower my systems seems to improve but still there are stability problems (funny graphics ingame, weird noises here and then etc).

I tried a lot of things that I found on web but no luck. I need some serious help guys.

Hello and thanks for your reply.

I have Corsair RMi Series RM650i PSU.
And my CPU cooler is a corsair 120mm Liquid CPU cooler.

1) If you did oc the cpu, try to reset the clock speed. Then test run.
2) We know the Skylake CPUs are more easily damaged by overtightened heatsinks, so try to loosen little bit or even if you have the air cooler, then try it.
3) Go to the corsair cooler club forum to see you can find something tips or useful info. https://www.overclock.net/forum/61-water-cooling/612436-official-corsair-hydro-series-club.html
4) Update the BIOS, chipset driver, etc.
5) Try other gpu if you have extra, because you said you had the funny graphic ingame, and also test the PSU with paper clip method. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5FWXgQSokF4 or try uninstall the GPU driver with DDU. DDU https://www.guru3d.com/files_details/display_driver_uninstaller_download.html
6) Test the RAM one by one with https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm you can just run the software with 5 0r more passes, if you don't get any error, the RAM is fine, but even you get a single error, the RAM has problem.

If you got the unknown problem, you need to run the PC with minimum hardware in general, disconnect all unnecessary hardware, don't oc anything, update the drivers, if you have other hardware that are compatible to your PC, try them.
