Hi, I'm new here, can you help please w/ hardware question.

I have a lot of stutters; unsmooth staff and low fps in gunfights like cs2 and other fps shooters; when i was checking compatibility my system, i had seen that my motherboard cant work w/ 5800x3d on full; also had seen that my PSU isn't good for this system; so there's a question what do I need to change to let my pc work correctly because I'm pretty sure that smthg is going wrong.

Motherboard: Gigabyte b550 gaming x v2
CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D with DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 400 EX
GPU: ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Dual V2 OC Edition (LHR)
PSU: Corsair tx550m
RAM: TEAMGROUP T-CREATE 3600Mhz CL14

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

MOTHERBOARD: Gigabyte b550 gaming x v2
Which PCB version of the motherboard do you have? To add, what BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? If you did update the BIOS to the latest, did you clear the CMOS after doing so?

PSU: Corsair tx550m
How old is the PSU and what did it power throughout it's tenure? You should source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 750W unit and see if the stutters persist.

Your motherboard is fine for 5800x3D it is listed in the support page as supported from bios F10 onwards. You may need to replace your PSU with something beefier though as on the specs page for your graphics card it lists 750W:

Hello!
Motherboard: I did update BIOS to F19d as soon as i got cpu, so it has to be compatible with cpu. About CMOS, yes, instantly clear my CMOS.

PSU: I guess i bought it like 2.5 a years ago; It worked on my old system on 5600x and gtx 2060 (motherboard is the same)

I just was surprised when i was checking compatibility system, and there's was something wrong between cpu and motherboard about power.

Question about PSU, because i was searching in google about PSU system calculator, and there was like for 550w system got 95% of power management (dont know if its true); I also hear some kind of squeaking when I scroll pages or start the game; when i was google it, i had seen that its can be about low PSU voltage, also im confused, its right if there's not much voltage in my PSU system couldn't work at all ? or it can make my system work slowly

Im ready to do anything for change it bacause it stop me in my main work :D, i'm confused, because even when fps is good im still feeling desync or smthg with my system, when I asked other users with the same system, they had no similar complaints, but as i can think they might have different motherboard and psu. Atleast my motherboard isn't bad 🧸

That sounds like coil whine, which has nothing to do with low voltage, it's just something that happens, not much you can do about it.

hope it wont affect my pc perfomance otherwise its ok, anyways i cant sit in silent :D , as i guess i firstly i have to change PSU with more voltage

Just remember when buying a PSU that not all of them are equal despite them saying 750w etc.

Look for a good, reputable unit from the recommend list in the PSU section and not just the cheapest 750w you can find.

A PSU do not cause stutters! I assume the PSU is the Corsair TX550M Gold and this unit is totally fine for the system. You really don't need 750w for a system with a GPU with a single 8 pin that can't consumer more than 225w includes power from the PCIe slot.

Please post screenshots of the CPU-Z memory and SPD tab.

Other thing you can do is run DDU in save mode to remove the GPU drivers and install the drivers again after the restart.

Could you explain your issue in more detail? How much min and max fps do you get? How much are you expecting to get? Are you using Gsync or freesync monitor? What is the refresh rate of your monitor?
its 240hz monitor, not using gsync and freesync and coudnt use this coz of latency, avg fps is around 500~ in cs2 and p1 is 220 ( competitive settings ); just in every gunfights its feel so sluggy, unplayable at all, also there's stutters which ones doing my game unplayable

I guess just putting Vsync on and playing at 240fps isn't a solution. That's what I would do but I don't play cs2 or competitive shooters.
