[SOLVED] Unstable system?

Hello I got a question about my PC. I got the system about 1 year ago and I suddenly started getting FPS drops for some reason I got no clue why It just suddenly happend about 9 months in!

Here are my specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
GPU: Gainward Gtx 1660 Ti
MOBO: A320M PRO-E
RAM: ddr4 8b 2400Mhz
PSU: Argus 700W (Not 80+)
Storage: Some random 900GB SSD
OS: Windows 10 Home

I also made sure my drivers are up to date!
Anyone know the problem here?

First make sure frequency changes with load and is not overheating.

I prefer https://www.hwinfo.com/ leave it running in the background while you do things like plying game and/or running a benchmark program like https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6709-cinebench.html

I tried it i ran cinebench and a few games for about 20 minutes and my temps seemed fine but my cpu got to 85 degrees in cinebench is that something i should worry about? Ingame it got to about 70 or 75 at max!

85c is kinda high but not surprising in Cinebench. At 75c some performance is lost, What were highest CPU frequency you had in CB and games ?

It was at 3.6 ghz

Boost is not working properly, should be up to 3.9GHz.
