I randomly get a black screen on my APU, system is unresponsive(num lock, caps lock don’t work), my monitor stays on, I don't get a no signal message, but it's a black screen. I have set some DOCP settings to make sure my RAM runs at 3600MHz. I have a 5700g, Asus B550M Plus WiFi motherboard and Crucial Ballistix RAM running at 3600MHz in Dual Channel Mode, my PSU is a Seasonic Focus 650W Power Supply. I am on Windows 10 at Version 2423 of my BIOS. Any help would be appreciated. At first this issue was common in my login screen, but now I have experienced it in game. It happens about 3 or 2 times per week.

If BIOS is up-to-date and RAM installed in slots a2-b2, all you should have to do is enable XMP/D.O.C.P.

BTW Windows version is not BIOS version. Check motherboard manufacturer for latest non-beta BIOS.

DOCP is enabled in BIOS, BIOS Version is 2423, my motherboard starts supporting 5000 at version 1401 iirc, there is a new BIOS update available, should I update?
