[SOLVED] Unstable undervolt

I have recently Undervolted my CPU with Throttlestop,
-100.6 mV CPU Core
-100.6 mV CPU cache
-40.0 mV iGPU
and after that, my games keeps crashing after 20 Minutes of playing, is there way to fix this?

Yes, undervolt less.

Yes, undervolt less.

I did undervolt it to -90 mV but it still crashes, also I read that the sweet spot for the i7-7700hq is at -100 mV

All chips are different...yours may not be stable with an undervolt. You can always just go the other direction and improve cooling to keep the chip safe.
