Unstable zotac gtx 1050ti oc

So I build my very first pc around 1 month ago and from then I am facing problems with the stability of my gpu , when I run any benchmarks (I use furmark and heaven) sometimes the screen stuck sometimes bsod or sometimes black screens even if I run games it give device hung error , running chrome watching videos gives "application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware" I don't know what's happening and wierd thing is that sometimes it run perfectly fine with all games , I don't know much about pc building so if anyone can help I appreciate that

My PC specs are

Ryzen 3 1200
Corsair vengeance ram 3000mhz
Asrock b350 pro 4
Zotac 1050ti oc
Antec 550watt neo eco
