Unsupported audio

Hello, i have bought 55' LG Smart Tv. i watch movies throrgh external hard drive. but some of the movies audio which are bluray or high resolution not working . my tv keep saying unsupported audio....any solutions thanks

It looks like LG doesnt support some audio formats, they should at some point in the future........You are going to need to convert those files to something other than .mkv (If thats what youre using).

This question is very old but there is a solution.

You only need to change the audio codec from your video files.
Most of the TV manufacturers like LG support AAC audio.
