Question Unsupported Processor

I just finished setting up everything in my case (i5-6500 cpu, MSI h270 tomahawk arctic, Kingston hyperx fury x2 8gb Ram, and evga 1060 ti gpu) and when I go to install windows 10 from my usb drive I just get the bsod and unsupported processor error code can anybody help me out or send me links to help solve this?

Did you buy all these parts new or are is there used hardware?

Does the system POST and can you enter the BIOS, or does it not start up at all? Your post is unclear as to whether the system can POST but has problems when you try to boot to the installation media or if it just won't POST at all?
