Question Unsupported video configuration detected even though I already have it in the graphics card

My monitor is plugged into the graphics card, yet it still gives an error.

Please help, graphics card is ASUS gt 1030 low profile 2gb ddr5

Are you sure the Monitor's cable is indeed plugged into the GPU, and not motherboard ? List FULL PC specs as well. Which connection are you using, DVI, or HDMI ? Is the GPU installed on the PCI-Express slot as well ?

I solved it somehow by restarting my computer
