Question Unsure about using a m.2 SSD with my b350 tomahawk

My current build is rocking a b350 tomahawk and a RX 580. I want to install an m.2 SSD but my motherboard layout is kind of concerning me. The m.2 slot is right beneath the PCIE slot that houses my graphics card. If I were to install a new SSD there, it would sit between my graphics card and motherboard. Will installing an SSD there cause any issues with heating or compatibility or I am good to go?
